Lead Client Account Manager

As a successful Lead Client Account Manager, you’ll be:

  • Helping business owners work smarter, Anywhere.

  • Lowering your carbon footprint by commuting less.

  • Modeling a healthier work-life balance.

  • Giving back to your community with up to 16 hours of paid volunteering time each year.

  • Directing, motivating, and supervising a team of Client Account Managers.

  • Developing success plans and providing constructive feedback to help your team achieve their career goals.

  • Supporting during peak times, which may include evening hours and at least one weekend day.

  • Classified as “nonexempt” and reporting to an assigned Leader.

  • Successfully completing an 8-week Learning & Development Phase.

  • At AnywhereWorks, we value growth. That’s why we’d like you to dedicate 150 minutes per week to learning and professional development in our online university, AdaptiveU.

  • Consistently maintaining all required performance expectations.

  • Camera-ready for video meetings whenever you are clocked in and working.

  • Living Anywhere best practices working at a desk or chair in a distraction-free space with proper lighting.

You are:

  • A people-person with outstanding speaking and listening skills.

  • Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service.

  • Highly organized and able to accurately document all interactions and activities on a client’s account.

  • Self-directed, able to operate independently while supporting both staff and customers.

  • Discreet and able to maintain confidentiality of all company and customer information.

  • Reliable and committed to a consistent 40 hour schedule (an essential function of this role).

  • Comfortable working at a computer throughout your entire scheduled shift.
